The Services Planning System (SPS) – Services is designed to plan and execute field service operations such as installation, repairs and response to any request for service. SPS helps with managing service activities, and planning appointments and schedules for service personnel to fulfill this demand. The service orders can be presented to all or selected personnel based upon geo location, skills and availability. SPS comes with in-built tracking and alerting capabilities. This allows the dispatch to monitor the service personnel and allows customers to see exactly where the service personnel are and when they are expected to arrive for service.
